You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Elemental Gymnastics Club for the year 2025-2026. The meeting is scheduled for Saturday 7th November 2026, 3:15 pm, at 20B Bishop Street, Woolner. During the meeting, the Annual Report of Operations and Financial Statement will be presented.
A hard copy of the Financial Statement (below) is available to read through at the gym. We encourage you to express your interest in joining the committee as all positions will be vacant.
Nomination forms are available below, in hard copy at the gym, and emailed to current members by 10 pm on 23rd October.
